• "User" ("you", "your") refers to the individual accessing or using the Service.
• "Lifetime License" refers to the perpetual right to use the specific version of the software purchased, without recurring subscription fees.

2. License and Access

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, OAcoder grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use on devices owned or controlled by you.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Service.
• Rent, lease, loan, resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Service to any third party.

3. Purchases and Payments

One-Time Payment: OAcoder is sold as a lifetime deal. You pay a one-time fee for a perpetual license to the software. There are no recurring monthly or annual subscription fees for the core software license.

Pricing: We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. The price you pay at the time of purchase is final and will not be affected by future price increases.

Refunds: All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. As OAcoder offers a comprehensive free demo and is a digital product, we generally maintain a strict no-refund policy.

4. AI Features and Usage

The Service utilizes artificial intelligence technologies to provide assistance. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses may not always be 100% accurate. You are responsible for verifying the information provided.
• You are responsible for your use of the Service during interviews or assessments and for complying with any third-party terms of service (e.g., interview platforms).
• We are not responsible for the outcome of any interview or assessment where you use the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of OAcoder and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India and foreign countries.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall OAcoder, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
